CHM has 3 residential buildings and one commercial building to maintain so there are always enhancement and refurbishment projects for volunteers who are construction minded.

czeidner@columbus.rr.com We've had some great help recently in upgrading our kitchen capacity, repainting our multi-purpose room, upgrading our lighting. and doing general repairs. Additional projects we could use help with include:
- Upgrading kitchen cabinets and workspace to make us more effective in preparing and serving
- Installing new exterior doors to replace old ones that are leaky and insecure.
- And, if God provides an additional house we will need a lot of help refurbishing and repairing.
